Re-Purposing Second Draft

 

After discussing the direction of the project with multiple people, including my professor, I chose to go in a slightly different direction.  Instead of arguing that marching band is a sport, I decided that I needed a more specific direction.  I remembered this past January, during the Rose Bowl, when Jim Rome tweeted about marching band and I decided that responding to someone would give me more direction than just a vague argument.  I also decided that marching band is more than just a sport, it's also an art, which I tried to reflect in my project.
