As a resident camp counselor, I coordinated activities and supervised girls ages 5 to 13 at a resident camp to provide traditional outdoor experiences to the children, organized, led, and promoted interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games, boating, archery, and hiking, and developed confidence and leadership in young girls by contributing to a “girl-lead” camp.
